The Founder

I am Arc. I. E. Ibisu.

I founded ARK Studios to close the gap between the homes people imagine and the homes that actually get built. Every project begins with the site, the climate and the way a family truly lives — then the drawings follow.

Registered architect (ARCON) and corporate member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects, with a Master of Architecture and over fifteen years delivering private residences, duplexes and estate housing across Nigeria and West Africa.

Climate first
Passive cooling, orientation and shading before mechanical systems.
Buildable detail
Documentation contractors can price and build without guesswork.
One team
Design, interiors and site supervision held in one studio.
